About the Role
As a Sr. Software Engineer, Backend, you will design and build AI-powered solutions across our Clinical Documentation and Medical Coding suite. Working closely with product, design, and machine learning teams, you will develop services, APIs, and tools that power our SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build AI-native backend systems that correct clinical errors for hundreds of thousands of patients
- Design scalable APIs and services supporting clinical documentation and medical coding workflows
- Collaborate with ML teams to integrate AI capabilities into health system platforms
- Develop tools that improve physician documentation quality and identify missing diagnoses
- Create interfaces enabling health systems to convert documentation to medical codes and ensure financial integrity
- Contribute to products delivering hundreds of millions in measurable customer value
