About the Role
AlixPartners, a leading global consulting firm, is seeking an experienced AI and Machine Learning Director to lead complex, high-impact client engagements. You will work directly with owners, boards, and CEOs on their most critical challenges, delivering measurable outcomes in high-stakes situations across healthy, underperforming, and distressed companies.
What You'll Do
- Lead AI and machine learning projects and client engagements across diverse industries
- Analyze corporate performance and drive cost reductions, revenue growth, and profitability improvements
- Design, build, test, and execute data migration, cleansing, and wrangling initiatives
- Create ETL workflows, statistical models, scripts, and data visualizations
- Develop and build business in your area of AI/ML expertise
- Contribute to business development and strategic growth in a professional services environment
- Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a high-energy consulting environment
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record as a director-level AI/ML professional in consulting or advisory roles
- Commercial savvy with demonstrated business development contributions
- Deep expertise in machine learning, data engineering, and statistical modeling
- Experience leading complex projects and client engagements
- Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data wrangling
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
