About the Role

The Director, Talent Development is responsible for helping employees build the capabilities, judgment, and operating effectiveness required to perform at a higher level, create greater value for the firm, and prepare for increasing responsibility over time.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role that works through managers to build a culture of continuous development and high performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with managers to translate feedback into practical Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
• Strengthen manager capability and coaching effectiveness
• Equip employees with skills, experiences, and resources needed to improve execution
• Remove barriers and provide candid, constructive coaching to enable ownership of development
• Design and deliver enterprise learning programs emphasizing manager effectiveness and leadership development
• Develop AI-enabled ways of working and practical learning experiences with immediate application
• Build a learning culture that raises performance standards across Alumni Ventures
