Job Description
About Atlys
Atlys is building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. Our mission is to enable every person on Earth to travel freely. To date, we've processed visas for 1M+ travellers across 127 countries.
The Role
We're looking for a Product Designer to shape simple, intuitive experiences across the Atlys app and website. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to understand user problems, explore solutions, test ideas and turn complex travel journeys into clear, delightful product experiences. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can move comfortably from discovery to detailed execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own design from discovery to execution by understanding user problems, exploring solutions, prototyping ideas and taking designs through to launch.
- Simplify complex product journeys across visa applications and new travel products, reducing friction and making every step easier to understand.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape requirements, make trade-offs and ship high-quality experiences quickly.
- Test and improve designs with users and data by validating hypotheses, gathering feedback and iterating based on what you learn.
- Build scalable design systems and patterns that improve consistency, speed and quality across the Atlys product experience.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of product design experience in a technology company or similarly fast-moving digital product environment.
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking, from problem definition and user flows to polished interaction and visual design.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and edge cases into intuitive, easy-to-use experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Product and Engineering teams; comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Highly proficient in Figma with strong interaction, visual and systems design fundamentals.
What You Can Expect
- Competitive compensation and equity so you participate in the value you help create.
- Comprehensive health insurance covering you and your family, plus annual preventive health check-up.
- Thoughtful leave policy with paid time off and company holidays.
- Learning & development credits to invest in courses, books, conferences and tools.
- Relocation support to make moving closer to the team as seamless as possible.
- Great tools and equipment including high-spec hardware and software.
- Office amenities including meals, pickleball, table tennis, PlayStation, arcade games, and F1 simulator.
