We're scaling from zero to ten, now looking to grow to one hundred. You'll move quickly, continually re-prioritize, and deliver outcomes at the pace of the best SaaS companies globally.

The Role

As Implementation Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of our platform for some of the world's most sophisticated alternative investment managers. You'll be their day-to-day contact and the face of Atominvest throughout the entire engagement.

White-glove service is our competitive edge. Clients trust one person to understand their business, solve technical problems, and be accountable end-to-end. To earn that credibility, you must be hands-on and technical — equally comfortable mapping data models and scoping API integrations as running discovery workshops or presenting to C-suite sponsors.

You will design implementation plans yourself rather than execute pre-set templates. Delivery and technical substance earn trust; you'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure the highest standard of client outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the full client lifecycle: discovery, solution design, configuration, data migration, integrations, UAT, training, go-live, and post-deployment success
• Act as the client's single day-to-day point of contact — credibility comes from knowing the platform, data, and implementation plan in detail
• Run structured discovery workshops to translate fund structures, data models, and reporting requirements into concrete implementation plans and platform configuration
• Design and advise on implementation strategies — sequencing, dependencies, resourcing, and technical approach — rather than simply executing templates
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations from first workshop through go-live, owning delivery quality and client success

Salary & Compensation
