The Team

The Enterprise Engineering team provides technology solutions across Capstone's core groups including Treasury, Middle Office, Fund Accounting, Investor Relations, and Compliance. You'll partner with treasury, accounting, middle office professionals, and other teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities and Impact

• Create state-of-the-art software that empowers decision-making across various investment strategies
• Design, build, and maintain key software solutions supporting core teams with focus on performance, scalability, and reliability
• Own the end-to-end development process by understanding stakeholder problems, creating execution strategies, and delivering thoroughly tested solutions
• Collaborate with highly skilled engineers across the technology team to tackle complex technical challenges

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Production-level software development experience in Python
• Experience with object-oriented languages such as Java or C#
• Experience working with at least one financial asset class
• SQL database expertise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 4+ years working experience in the financial industry (buy-side preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication and collaborative teamwork abilities

Bonus Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted coding in production environments
• Product knowledge in Equity or Fixed Income asset classes

• Base salary: $140,000–$185,000 (determined by experience, skills, location, and certifications)
