Customer Success Manager

About the Role

Cosuno's subcontractor segment is experiencing strong growth, and we're building a new Customer Success structure from the ground up. As Customer Success Manager, you'll be among the first to shape this foundational function, working both operationally and strategically to establish sustainable processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with empathy, speed, and solution-focused approach
• Create analyses and reporting on customer usage behavior to identify risk signals and upsell opportunities, working closely with Sales and Product teams
• Design and deliver tailored onboarding, customer education, webinars, and structured enablement content
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and sales alignment
• Build and test new customer success processes and approaches, measuring their effectiveness independently

Your Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or comparable B2B SaaS roles
• Empathetic communicator with strong goal and solution orientation
• Organized, reliable, and capable of independent prioritization
• Data-driven mindset with expertise interpreting KPIs and usage metrics
• Entrepreneurial approach to building processes from scratch and testing new strategies
• Native-level German (C2); additional languages a plus
