The Role
We're seeking thoughtful, driven Engineering Managers to lead squads building customer-facing products and distributed systems. You'll own projects end-to-end, from planning through delivery and quality, driving execution across ambiguity and competing priorities.

- Lead your squad to deliver real customer value by owning projects end to end
- Drive execution: set milestones, keep work moving through ambiguity, and ship in small, observable increments
- Make confident decisions when the path isn't obvious and lead your team through them
- Care deeply about customer outcomes and hold a high technical bar
- Operate at the strategic level while staying close to technical work
- Align stakeholders on plans and earn engineers' respect through vision and execution
