Data Architect - Managed Services

About This Role

Join 3Cloud's Managed Services team as a Data Architect, where you'll lead support for clients' Azure Data Platform and Power BI environments. You'll be responsible for ongoing development, proactive maintenance, incident resolution, and escalation management through established processes and tools. This is a critical position essential to the success of our Managed Services division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead support and escalation response for client Azure Data platforms and Power BI environments, analyzing and resolving incidents
• Consult, develop, and advise on Microsoft Azure solutions using Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Azure ML, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Power BI
• Design and deploy data pipelines, models, and AI-driven solutions across various industries
• Provide Power BI governance, strategy, report development, and performance consulting
• Proactively mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback
• Manage Microsoft data solutions licensing, understanding platform limits and advantages
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each client environment
• Communicate technical issues and solutions in business terms to clients via email, ticketing systems, and phone
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client teams
• Support work estimation for self and others, taking responsibility for solution quality
• Prioritize work appropriately and recognize when escalation is needed
