Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and domain experts to understand objectives, processes, constraints, and expected outcomes
• Analyze business requirements, documentation, and reference materials to identify improvement opportunities
• Identify workflows and use cases for implementation or improvement through Claude Code Skills
• Design, implement, test, and maintain reusable Claude Code Skills with clear instructions and validation logic
• Translate complex business processes into structured, executable instructions for AI agents
• Evaluate skill behavior using realistic scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria
• Improve reliability, accuracy, usability, and maintainability through iterative testing and stakeholder feedback
• Provide technical leadership: code review, direction, and technical unblocking for engineering team members
• Define platform-level standards, shared components, evaluation strategy, and backwards compatibility

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience using Claude Code in real software development or business workflow scenarios
• Practical experience creating Claude Code Skills or comparable reusable capabilities for AI coding agents
• Deep understanding of modern AI engineering patterns: agentic workflows, tool use, prompt engineering, context engineering, and structured instruction design
• Proven hands-on software engineering experience building, reviewing, testing, and maintaining production-quality solutions
• Ability to transform business requirements into clear technical designs and executable workflows
• Experience evaluating and improving non-deterministic AI solutions
• Ability to own technical platform architecture: standards, shared infrastructure, evaluation, and release strategy
• Capability to define quality standards and make platform-level decisions regarding agent harnesses, integration architecture, and build-versus-adopt strategies
