The Role

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact, complex projects. You will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring technical and business objectives are met while driving high-level strategy and cross-functional alignment. This position is ideal for a seasoned leader who excels at managing ambiguity, mitigating risk, and mentoring teams to deliver excellence at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery from scope definition to final release, ensuring projects complete on time, within budget, and at expected quality standards
• Define clear, measurable goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and remain personally accountable for results
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle—managing expectations proactively, communicating status and risks with clarity, and ensuring the client's voice shapes key decisions
• Drive delivery using agile principles: plan and facilitate sprints, manage release calendars, coordinate go/no-go decisions, and adapt plans based on feedback and changing requirements
• Lead engineering teams with a hands-on approach: unblock impediments in real time, run effective standups and steering meetings, and maintain high team velocity
• Proactively identify and resolve conflicts before they escalate; mediate disagreements fairly and develop robust contingency plans for technical and operational risks
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including timelines and resource allocation for large-scale initiatives
• Maintain executive visibility through steering committee meetings, surfacing critical risks and recommending strategic pivots when needed
• Oversee integration of client requirements into the broader roadmap, ensuring long-term compliance and value delivery
• Establish and refine PMO methodologies, agile frameworks, and best practices across projects
