The Role

We're seeking an Analyst Relations Manager to grow relationships with industry analysts globally, working closely with the wider marketing team. You'll provide feedback on product and marketing content, support marketing with analyst resources, negotiate market research projects, and lead Feedzai's positioning in vendor quadrants and market guides. This high-visibility position requires close collaboration with Sales and Product teams to develop Analyst Relations strategies aligned with market trends.

Your Day to Day

• Relationship Management: Serve as primary point of contact for priority analysts, proactively scheduling briefings, inquiries, and strategy sessions to educate them on product roadmaps, customer successes, and corporate strategy.
• Report Management: Lead the company's participation in major analyst evaluations, including managing submission processes, coordinating executive interviews, and reviewing/distributing final reports.
• Content & Messaging: Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management to develop compelling, analyst-friendly messaging, presentations, and product demonstrations highlighting competitive differentiation in the financial crime market.
• Market Intelligence: Track analyst research agendas and coverage areas to identify emerging industry trends and competitive insights, sharing findings with Product, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.
