Job Description

About Fieldguide

Fieldguide is establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets by automating and streamlining assurance, audit, and advisory work—specifically within cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit. We build software for audit practitioners and professionals who enable trust between businesses.

Based in San Francisco but operating as a remote-first company, Fieldguide is backed by top-tier investors including Goldman Sachs Growth Equity, Bessemer Venture Partners, Y Combinator, and prominent angel investors. We're an early-stage startup committed to building an inclusive, driven, and supportive team that values diversity in backgrounds and experiences.

The Role

As a Global Account Executive, you'll own 1–3 of our largest, most complex strategic accounts and drive their growth across every region, subsidiary, and business unit where they operate. This is a white-glove, deeply focused position: you'll become the internal and external expert on each account's business structure and long-term strategy.

You'll orchestrate multi-threaded account motions spanning regions, time zones, and stakeholder groups—from regional practice leaders to global C-suite executives—while coordinating internally across partners to deliver a unified worldwide experience.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales, you'll take a consultative, partner-first approach to guide organizations through a strategic shift in how audit and advisory work gets done globally, positioning Fieldguide as the platform of record across every geography they operate in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own 1–3 named global strategic accounts end-to-end, serving as the single point of accountability for growth and health worldwide
  • Build and execute multi-year global account strategy, mapping whitespace across regions, subsidiaries, and business units
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets tied to global expansion, not just single regions or entry points
  • Develop and nurture relationships with regional practice leaders and global C-suite executives across all stakeholder groups
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to deliver cohesive, white-glove support globally
  • Position Fieldguide as the platform of record for audit and advisory transformation

About You

You thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and excel at building long-term strategic relationships. You understand enterprise sales cycles, global organizational structures, and the audit and advisory landscape. You're consultative, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently while driving alignment across internal and external teams.
