In this pivotal position, you will own the responsibility for generating qualified demand, driving pipeline growth, and accelerating revenue across your assigned territories. As a Field Marketing Manager at FloQast, you will be the critical link between our sales organization, partnerships, and broader marketing team. You'll develop integrated field marketing programs that create demand for our solutions while supporting our business objectives and revenue targets. Your work will directly impact our ability to reach customers, build brand awareness in key markets, and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Regional Marketing Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive, in-region marketing initiatives tailored to local market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
  • Demand Generation: Design and implement campaigns that generate qualified leads, nurture prospects through the sales funnel, and accelerate deal velocity
  • Pipeline Growth: Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities for pipeline expansion and support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, customer success, partnerships, and corporate marketing to align field activities with broader business strategy
  • Event Management: Plan, execute, and measure success of regional events, trade shows, webinars, and sponsorships that build brand presence and generate leads
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead generation, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI on marketing programs
  • Content & Messaging: Develop market-specific messaging, case studies, and collateral that resonate with target audiences and support sales conversations
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, partners, and internal teams in your region
  • Budget Management: Manage field marketing budgets efficiently while maximizing impact and ensuring strong return on investment

About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a unique blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution capabilities. You should have a proven track record of developing and launching successful marketing programs that directly contributed to revenue growth. Your experience in B2B technology marketing, SaaS, or financial software is highly valued.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of field marketing, regional marketing, or account-based marketing (ABM) experience
  • Proven ability to develop integrated marketing programs that drive measurable business results
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence across organizational levels
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and the field marketing role in pipeline development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in accounting, finance, or accounting automation software space
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing platforms
  • Experience with event marketing and demand generation campaign management
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-growing, scaling company environment
