The Role: Head of Expansion

Your fundamental mandate is to rapidly increase the number of global GLP-1 customers we can serve, starting with blitzscaling across Europe.

You'll get us launch-ready across every priority European market: all legal, clinical, pharmaceutical, and v1 operational infrastructure firmly in place so our Growth team can test and scale new countries quickly.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify which European countries to enter next based on market size, customer demand, regulatory complexity, and speed to launch
• Close critical legal, clinical, supply, and operational gaps in countries we already serve
• Determine precise barriers preventing launch in each priority market
• Build and lead the expansion infrastructure function
• Partner across product, growth, operations, and clinical teams to execute seamlessly

You'll work directly with founders and shape our European blitzscale strategy at a pivotal moment.
