Site Reliability Engineer (Tu-Sat, Night Shift)

The SRE team partners closely with Product Engineering, Security, and Support to ensure the reliability, deployment, and continuous operation of Ivanti Cloud services. You'll help take the platform to the next level with observability, release automation, chaos engineering, and more.

What You'll Do

• Schedule: 4 × 10-hour days (Tuesday night to Saturday morning, approximately 10 PM to 9 AM U.S. Pacific Time, including lunch)
• Deploy, manage, and secure Ivanti's production SaaS environments in AWS and Azure
• Work with geographically dispersed, cross-departmental teams to solve complex technical problems
• Automate common and repetitive operational tasks
• Write technical documentation and training materials
• Train colleagues and mentor team members
• Participate in on-call rotations for 24×7 incident response, issue triage, and problem resolution (follow-the-sun model)

What You'll Bring

• Eligibility: U.S. citizenship required; must be located domestically in the United States
• BSc in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience (2+ with BSc in Computer Science or equivalent degree)
• Proficiency with Python and one of: Java, Golang, or C#
• Proficiency with Bash or PowerShell (programmatic use)
• Experience managing cloud-based SaaS applications
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred)
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Java and .NET applications
• Experience troubleshooting network and storage infrastructure issues
• Working knowledge of core Linux distributions (Debian, RHEL, SUSE, Slackware)
• Strong customer focus and capability for technical deep dives into code, app servers, databases, load balancers, operating systems, and networks
