The Role

As VP People, you will own Joko's entire People function—Talent Acquisition, People Business Partnering, People Operations, and Workplace Management—as one integrated department. You'll report directly to the CEO, sit on the Steering Committee among the company's top seven leaders, and serve as a strategic advisor on organizational structure, headcount planning, and critical people decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the People team from six to approximately fifteen members within one year by hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of People Operations
• Build talent strategy end-to-end, translating headcount plans and growth targets into a proactive hiring roadmap while maintaining high talent density
• Structure and scale People Operations, establishing programs and infrastructure for a company growing from 100+ to 200+ employees within 18 months
• Develop People Business Partnering initiatives across three countries (France, Spain, US) with plans for further expansion
• Architect workplace management and culture preservation during international scaling
• Partner with executive leadership on organizational design and people-related strategic decisions
