Job Description

Product Manager

At Livefront, we help companies design and build intelligent products and platforms that command attention and inspire joy. We’ve helped household names like CVS, Samsung, General Mills, and Optum create experiences that have reached millions of people, and startups like HomeSpotter and Credly build entirely new businesses that challenge their industries’ status quo.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team.

Who you are

You’re an early adopter and creative product thinker who’s passionate about innovative new ideas, and have the grit and practicality to actually bring them to life through the craft of product management. You’re at home when coordinating the effort and input of designers, developers, and business stakeholders to make things happen on time, on budget, and in service of the bigger vision. You have a track record of leading high-profile product initiatives to measurable outcomes for users and businesses alike. You’re a terrific communicator who can help steer cross-functional teams from idea to implementation. You obsessively stay on top of emerging trends and content from industry thought leaders. You are engaged in your local tech community and are eager to participate through writing, speaking, volunteering, and other meaningful contributions. You have a demonstrated ability to approach multifaceted problems holistically and create elegant, simple solutions. Above all, you’re a self-starter who thrives with autonomy and can work effectively with little oversight.

What you’ll be doing

  • Help develop and execute on product strategy, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives. Regularly reassess and adapt strategy in response to evolving business needs and technological advancements.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch, incorporating user research, stakeholder perspective, and product usage analysis to inform direction.
  • Own execution and delivery efforts, including product releases, managing requirements, writing development tasks, and managing both internal and public product releases.
  • Develop measurement approaches to evaluate product effectiveness and impact.
  • Define and execute product experiments (A/B testing) to drive incremental product growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with product designers to discover and bring definition to new product opportunities, serving as a thought partner through the design process.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features based on desirability, viability, and feasibility.
  • Drive product innovation by identifying new opportunities and championing the development of new experiences that enhance user engagement and drive business results.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment, effectively managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and iterative development cycles.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future development priorities.
  • Engage with key clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and effectively communicating product vision, progress, and impact.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our clients’ products remain market leaders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, efficiency, and collaboration within the product team and across Livefront.
  • Fosters a culture of energy, collaboration, and curiosity that brings product teams to life and makes working with Livefront enjoyable.

Why you should apply

You want to help shape what AI consulting and product delivery look like at a firm known for excellence, and you want to do it with people who are deeply collaborative, pragmatic, and fun to work with.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Build a growing practice with strong leadership support.
  • Influence how Livefront evolves across strategy, design, data, and engineering in an AI-native world.
  • Work with high-impact clients and products that reach millions of people.
  • Teach, mentor, and lead in a culture that values craft, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

What you bring to the table

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a consulting environment or as part of an in-house, cross-functional product team.
  • Experience working on consumer-facing native applications for iOS and/or Android, plus an extensive knowledge of both platform’s features and capabilities.
  • Experience working on high profile consumer-facing web applications.
  • A keen ability to incorporate data and measurement into the product management process, influencing others around you to follow suit.
  • Experience gathering and synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover new insights about user behavior and business opportunity.
  • Firm grasp of modern product management best practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to present and defend strategic choices persuasively.
  • Above-average discipline and personal organization skills.
  • Have experience incorporating AI to accelerate various aspects of the product development process.
  • A demonstrated hunger for personal and professional growth.
  • A self-evident love and care for the craft of product management.

Bonus points if you…

  • Write and/or speak publicly about topics related to product, technology, design, and consumer behavior.
  • Have experience with business development, account management, customer success, and/or application support.
