About This Role
GoFasti is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. We are a Talent-as-a-Service platform that bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from Latin America and first-class companies around the globe. This is a fully remote position based in Latin America, working with clients across multiple industries and geographies.
We need an English-fluent professional with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills who embraces change while maintaining strong attention to detail. You should be proactive, constantly learning, and driven to improve your capabilities in marketing technology and automation.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Automation & Workflow Management
- Build, manage, and optimize automation workflows including lead nurture sequences, lifecycle stage transitions, and internal notifications
- Inherit, audit, and improve existing client workflow setups by identifying gaps, redundancies, or outdated logic and implementing improvements without disrupting active campaigns
- Lead new client onboarding implementations including initial HubSpot portal setup, workflow architecture, and contact database configuration
- Set up enrollment triggers, branching logic, and workflow actions to support marketing and sales processes
- Troubleshoot workflow errors and contact enrollment issues to ensure smooth campaign execution
HubSpot Contact Management & Database Health
- Manage contact records including imports, segmentation, list creation, and ongoing database hygiene practices
- Build active and static lists based on behavioral, demographic, and lifecycle criteria
- Maintain data integrity through deduplication, field standardization, and regular audits to ensure data quality
- Manage contact properties and custom fields to support segmentation and reporting needs across client accounts
HubSpot Email Marketing
- Create, schedule, and deploy marketing emails including newsletters, drip campaigns, and one-off sends
- Build and test email templates within the HubSpot drag-and-drop email editor to optimize for engagement
- Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and unsubscribes; make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Ensure all email communications comply with CAN-SPAM and GDPR requirements to maintain regulatory compliance
HubSpot Pipeline & CRM Support
- Support the management of deal pipelines and lifecycle stages within HubSpot CRM
- Assist sales and marketing teams with pipeline visibility, reporting, and contact-to-deal association
- Set up deal-based workflows to streamline sales processes and improve team efficiency
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot platform administration, demonstrated expertise in marketing automation workflows, and a strong understanding of email marketing best practices. You should be comfortable working with clients in different industries, adapting to their unique business requirements, and delivering support across multiple time zones.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to learn new tools quickly are essential. Your communication skills will be critical as you'll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and client success teams.
