To take over the legacy networking market, we're building an elite group of Sales, Channel, and Sales Engineering team members.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a second Sales Recruiter to accelerate our go-to-market hiring and directly shape Meter's revenue engine. You'll raise the bar with every hire by identifying and closing exceptional sales talent that drives business growth.

What Success Looks Like

  • Hiring Quality: 6-month performance ratings for your hires consistently exceed hiring manager expectations. Achieve 90%+ new hire retention through year one, with hiring managers enthusiastically wanting to rehire your candidates.
  • Pipeline & Velocity: Significantly increase high-quality candidate volume while reducing time-to-hire by 20%, maintaining an ≥80% offer acceptance rate.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle for our growing GTM organization:

  • Design search strategies and map the market across sales, channel, and customer-facing roles.
  • Proactively source and engage high-caliber candidates through targeted outreach, referrals, and creative research.
  • Run a structured, clear hiring process enabling high-conviction decisions.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Leadership teams, facilitating debriefs and advising on compensation, leveling, and closing strategies.
  • Personalize every step of the candidate experience to reflect Meter's values and high standards.
  • Apply persistence and rigor—following up strategically, seeking warm introductions, and tailoring outreach to unlock meaningful conversations.

  • You have an incredibly high bar for sales talent and know how to evaluate candidates who can sell sophisticated, full-stack products while evangelizing Meter's vision.
  • You can relentlessly drive top-of-funnel for your roles, identifying and converting potential candidates through creative outreach and multiple channels.
  • You understand the compounding return exceptional hires deliver to a company's trajectory and work tirelessly to ensure hiring decisions reflect this importance.
  • You view recruiting as a discipline as scientific as the sales team you support, bringing clarity and confidence to every decision.
  • You're a consultative partner to hiring managers, combining deep market knowledge with strategic thinking to build world-class teams.
