Role Summary

We seek self-motivated, well-spoken professionals to join our Inside Sales team. You will develop and grow channel partnerships while supporting Regional Sales Managers in their territories. Success requires business acumen, technical aptitude, relationship-building ability, competitive mindset, active listening, revenue focus, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate 20–30 outbound calls daily to create meetings, trainings, demos, and opportunities with channel partners
• Manage 20–40 emails per day
• Handle 5–15 inbound calls daily regarding quotes, product information, and customer service requests
• Achieve territory quota to drive revenue and growth objectives
• Maintain current product and service knowledge
• Demonstrate product features and services via video conferencing
• Execute additional assigned duties

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities with multitasking and prioritization skills
• Proficient phone and email communication
• Exceptional customer service orientation
• Advanced listening and sales skills
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and internal/external customers
• Performance-driven with ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $52,000–$58,240 annually ($25.00–$28.00/hour)
• On-Target Commission: Approximately $3,500–$4,500 annually
