Job Description
About Phaidra
Phaidra is building the future of industrial automation with AI-powered control systems that enable industrial facilities to automatically learn and improve over time. The company transforms static, monolithic infrastructure by replacing hard-coded controls with intelligent systems that adapt to their environment.
Our Approach:
- We use reinforcement learning algorithms to convert raw sensor data into high-value actions and decisions
- We focus on industrial applications that are well-sensorized with measurable KPIs—ideal for reinforcement learning
- We enable domain experts to configure AI control systems without writing code
Our team has a proven track record applying AI to critical problems, from DeepMind's AlphaGo to reducing Google Data Center cooling energy by 40%. We operate as a fully remote, globally distributed team across the USA, Canada, UK, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Singapore, Australia, and India.
Core Values: Transparency, Collaboration, Operational Excellence, Ownership, and Empathy.
The Role
We seek a Staff Product Manager to lead a critical product initiative: making Prism the connective data surface for entire data center operations. Prism is the system operators trust for diagnostics and triage, and the intelligence layer executives rely on for site-wide operational visibility.
Working closely with the Chief Product Officer, you will shape and drive the strategy that extends Prism's reach from the operational floor to the executive boardroom. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence product direction and organizational strategy at a growth-stage AI company.
Location & Work Environment
Remote position requiring availability in Eastern or Central Time zones (US/Canada preferred). 100% remote with no physical office requirement.
