Principal Business Analyst, Portfolio Management

About the Role

Mission Lane is seeking a Principal Business Analyst to own analytics, modeling, reporting, and recommendations for our Portfolio Management programs. You will design strategies behind customer engagement and risk management, including upgrades and multicard products, that serve both customers and business objectives.

The Credit Team is responsible for matching prospective customers with the right product terms, owning the underwriting process throughout customer lifetime, understanding lifetime value, and creating pathways to customer graduation while staying true to our mission of enabling financial progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytics frameworks for portfolio management decisions
• Build predictive models and risk assessment tools for customer engagement
• Create actionable reporting dashboards and insights for stakeholder decision-making
• Analyze product performance across upgrades and multicard strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer outcomes and business metrics
• Design strategies to balance risk management with customer financial success
