The Role

We're seeking a senior Product Designer to lead design across our clinical software and customer-facing mobile app. You'll take ownership of high-impact projects end-to-end—from loosely defined problems through research, workflow analysis, and shipped solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Own design projects across clinical and consumer-facing products
• Conduct user research and workflow analysis to understand constraints and needs
• Collaborate with engineers on customer app flows and internal systems
• Review customer feedback and support tickets to inform design decisions
• Provide design leadership and judgment as the product scales rapidly
• Work independently on complex, multi-stakeholder problems

This role balances visible, polished work with messy internal challenges. You'll run with problems independently and deliver solutions worthy of your ownership. You're trusted to see projects over the line while navigating competing user needs, business goals, and real-world constraints.
