About the Role
Join our global analytics team as a Data Analyst. You'll work directly with enterprise customers, taking ownership of their performance and online fraud prevention in real-time. Research and investigate new fraud trends at the forefront of Riskified's work, leveraging analytical skills to provide meaningful insights to merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and explore data using high-level analytical tools (R and SQL) in a technical environment
- Communicate analytical insights and complex technical methodologies to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and meet customer needs
- Engage directly with account managers and clients to deliver analytical insights on business questions
- Define and execute end-to-end technical solutions for fraud-prevention challenges
- Master the online fraud prevention domain through hands-on analysis of live data
Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of relevant analytical experience with complex data
- 2+ years of hands-on SQL experience (proficiency required)
- Proven expertise in analysis tools such as R and Python
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Full working proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Effective presentation and client-facing communication skills
- Advantage: experience in fraud, payments, or ecommerce domains
