The Role

We're seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing marketing team. You'll be the go-to person supporting B2B marketing operations across email, social, and web channels, collaborating cross-functionally to drive departmental goals. The ideal candidate combines proficiency in inbound marketing fundamentals with strategic thinking skills to create excellent customer journeys across all marketing touchpoints.

What You'll Do

  • Content Calendar Management: Own and optimize the calendar for blogs and press releases, ensuring Roadie's digital presence stays dynamic, timely, and engaging
  • Email Marketing Programs: Develop and launch strategic email campaigns that amplify thought leadership and drive meaningful audience engagement with target B2B audiences
  • Social Media Strategy: Grow and elevate Roadie's LinkedIn presence through compelling copy, thoughtful content scheduling, active social listening, and performance reporting tied to key metrics
  • Website Content Enhancement: Support ongoing website content improvements to keep messaging fresh, relevant, and impactful for visitors
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan, build, and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels that align with broader marketing goals and strengthen brand voice
  • PR Support: Contribute to public relations initiatives through proactive media monitoring and identifying opportunities to amplify brand visibility and reach
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze campaign and program performance, uncover actionable insights, and share wins and learnings that fuel future marketing success

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of proven experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM platform) or similar marketing automation tools
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with LinkedIn and social media content strategies
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms and campaign management
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, metrics, and performance reports
  • Collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder management
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization a plus
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing and logistics/supply chain industry familiarity preferred
