About the Role
You will serve as a product-technical bridge on Salsify's next-generation AI-powered internal tools team, supporting go-to-market teams with faster, more intelligent decision-making capabilities. This is not a traditional coding role—instead, you'll focus on translating business challenges into technical reality through clear thinking, precise documentation, and structured collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner daily with the Platform Owner to understand business challenges, stakeholder goals, and product priorities
- Gather and clarify go-to-market team requirements, framing complex problems effectively
- Write detailed functional and technical specifications with clear acceptance criteria
- Orchestrate AI-assisted product changes through structured, verified workflows
- Ensure quality and compliance against strict architecture and design standards
- Collaborate across US and EMEA time zones to drive alignment and delivery

- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency with advanced AI tools and AI-assisted software development workflows
- Ability to translate business value into technical specifications
- Experience with structured reasoning, problem framing, and cross-team collaboration
- Comfort working asynchronously across multiple time zones
