About the Role

As Senior Demand Generation Manager, you'll own TestGorilla's largest acquisition lever—a multi-six-figure monthly Google Ads investment—along with lifecycle, enrichment, and website systems that convert spend into revenue. You'll directly drive sustainable, cost-efficient growth by proving with data that every dollar of spend becomes pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale paid spend across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and emerging channels like ChatGPT advertising
• Set channel mix, budget allocation, and account structure to hit MQL, SQL, and pipeline targets
• Build source-of-truth reporting across paid and organic funnel performance, including attribution modeling and incrementality testing
• Own the roadmap for paid landing pages, ad creative, and offers, running A/B tests with statistical rigor
• Design and own automated nurture workflows and enrichment infrastructure using tools like n8n, Make, HubSpot, and Clearbit
• Foster an inclusive, supportive culture aligned with TestGorilla's values

What You'll Need: Proven demand generation expertise managing large-scale paid acquisition budgets, deep Google Ads proficiency, analytical rigor with attribution and incrementality testing, hands-on experience with marketing automation and data infrastructure, and a data-driven mindset backed by evidence rather than assumptions.
