About the Role
Acorns is seeking a driven Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs that drive customer acquisition and reacquisition across Acorns and Acorns Early. You will work closely with the Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager to translate established business goals into thoughtful, data-informed customer experiences.
This role offers meaningful ownership and day-to-day autonomy. You will own the execution and optimization of assigned programs, exercise judgment within established frameworks, and contribute ideas and recommendations that shape the lifecycle roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Support lifecycle strategy and roadmap for customer acquisition and reacquisition across Acorns and Acorns Early, contributing new ideas and optimization opportunities aligned with business goals
- Build and execute personalized, data-informed campaigns and automated programs in Braze across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels
- Own campaign setup from audience segmentation and personalization through channel sequencing and testing configuration
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-driven optimizations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, and creative teams to deliver integrated customer experiences
