Our founders spent 12+ years together at Graphiq (acquired by Amazon in 2017) and Amazon, and have built something the market genuinely needs.

We serve 550+ customers by deploying AI across invoicing, expenses, compliance, billing, and more—connecting legacy systems (many 20-40 years old) that traditionally lacked APIs or modern integrations.

The Role

As Operations Associate, you'll own the operational backbone of our business: the systems and processes that keep money moving accurately and on time as we scale. This is a generalist role for someone resourceful and detail-oriented who thrives in a small, high-caliber team.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Operations & Finance: Own end-to-end customer billing and invoicing through Stripe, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Track customer payments, reconcile revenue across all streams (subscriptions, add-ons, partners), and build lightweight systems for reliable cash reporting.
• Manage sales tax compliance through Numeral and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Process vendor invoices, manage payment schedules, and maintain accurate payables records.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Produce clean, timely financial reports and dashboards for leadership; reconcile accounts regularly.
• Process Automation: Identify manual workflows and build scalable systems using tools like Airtable, Zapier, or Stripe integrations to reduce operational friction.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work with sales, customer success, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of business-critical processes.

• Resourcefulness—you can learn tools quickly and solve problems independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving startup; you're comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting as priorities shift.
• Clear communication skills; you can explain complex processes and work cross-functionally.
• Basic technical aptitude; familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or automation tools is a plus but not required.
• Genuine interest in fintech, operations, or the construction industry is valuable.
