The Role

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will drive customer success by implementing and adopting Airbyte products while serving as their advocate within the company. You'll collaborate with Go-to-Market, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance onboarding, implementation, and growth experiences for enterprise customers. This Series B role offers significant opportunities for professional growth on a rapidly expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Implementation: Lead and execute customer technical projects, including Airbyte solution implementation and deployment, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Customer Guidance: Guide customers throughout their journey, leveraging technical expertise with hands-on support when needed.
• Kubernetes Management: Demonstrate deep Kubernetes expertise, including troubleshooting workloads, pods, networking, storage, and resource management in production environments.
• Database Technologies: Apply deep understanding of SQL, Change Data Capture (CDC), database replication, and data synchronization concepts to troubleshoot complex data movement issues.
• API Integration: Leverage strong knowledge of REST APIs, including HTTP methods, authentication (OAuth, API keys, JWT), webhooks, and JSON, with ability to troubleshoot complex integration challenges.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support sales and post-sales efforts, improve deal qualification, accelerate deal cycles, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
