AI & Machine Learning Consultant

About the Role

AlixPartners is seeking an AI & Machine Learning Consultant to join our Buenos Aires office on a full-time basis. You will work with financially secure, under-performing, and distressed companies across high-impact situations, collaborating directly with owners, boards, and CEOs on critical business challenges. Our hybrid work model combines in-person and remote work, with travel as needed based on client and team circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Develop and refine machine learning models for pricing, forecasting trends, and scoring to assess key business metrics.
• Data Collection & Exploration: Gather and analyze data to uncover actionable insights supporting informed business decisions.
• Generative AI Implementation: Leverage generative AI technologies to automate processes traditionally performed by analysts.
• Dashboard Creation: Build interactive dashboards for stakeholder decision-making with clear visual data interpretation.
• Strategic Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports with findings designed to enhance business revenue and inform strategic direction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or quantitative field.
• Minimum 1+ years of related machine learning or data science experience.
• Proficiency in Python for machine learning tasks.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries including Scikit-learn and XGBoost.
