The Role

As our fintech Product Manager, you'll lead product direction and execution for neobanking capabilities including Ambrook Wallet, Card, Bill Pay, Invoicing, and SMB payments network. You'll report directly to Ambrook's co-founder and Head of Product, Dan Schlosser.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product direction for neobanking products, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Teach fintech best practices, flow of funds design, risk and fraud mitigation, and go-to-market strategy
• Learn the climate tech sector, SMB accounting, the industrial economy, and ESG integration
• Improve product robustness, growth loops, iteration speed, and measurement frameworks

First 30 Days

• Familiarize yourself with Ambrook's product, user research, and customer discovery insights
• Build deep understanding of American SMB finance, accounting, and payments across industry verticals
• Establish cross-functional relationships with engineering, design, sales, operations, and marketing teams
• Join operator meetings and contribute to product prioritization decisions
• Lead a pod of engineers, designers, and operators through feature definition, build, release, and measurement cycles
