The Role

We're seeking a customer-obsessed professional who combines exceptional organizational skills with a results-focused approach. You'll seamlessly guide clients through implementation, proactively identify challenges before they impact customers, and confidently interact with C-suite executives while delivering exceptional onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an onboarding book of business, coordinating with Tax and Solutions Engineering teams to resolve tax and technical issues and configure platform settings for each customer's business needs
• Execute customer education and training, becoming a product expert who guides customers through platform features and ensures full adoption potential
• Develop and maintain organized project tracking systems and operational processes supporting efficient onboarding, creating standardized workflows and documentation for consistent service delivery
• Track and monitor customer progress throughout onboarding using data insights to identify potential issues early and ensure successful platform adoption
• Regularly update internal teams on client requests and issues
• Maintain accurate records in Anrok's CRM with consistent onboarding status updates

Compensation Disclosure
