The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Onboarding Specialist / Medical VA to join our patient-centric healthcare delivery team. This dual-role position combines exceptional customer service with medical documentation expertise, ensuring smooth patient transitions and efficient clinical operations. You will guide new patients through their onboarding journey while managing essential clinical administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize initial patient discussions based on individual health conditions, ensuring patients understand how our program addresses their specific needs
• Manage patient inquiries across multiple communication channels (phone, email, voicemail) with prompt, accurate responses
• Process and manage referrals, working toward efficient conversion within 7–10 day timeframes while handling multiple referral loops for large patient panels
• Perform comprehensive data entry including clinical survey scores, diagnostic tests, remote physiologic monitoring (RPM), and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) data
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments while maintaining consistent communication regarding care schedules
• Manage inbound and outbound medical records with proper documentation and organization
