About the Role

This hybrid technical role balances 60% solutioning and implementation with 40% product capability development. You'll sit at the intersection of customers, Engineering, and Product—leading technical delivery of our most complex enterprise integrations while identifying patterns to build reusable platform capabilities.

You'll take ownership of solutions from discovery through delivery, contribute to AI and Model Context Protocol (MCP) applications across our technical products, and help evolve our integration and API ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise customer implementations across APIs, SSO, SFTP and other integration methods from discovery through successful launch
• Act as principal technical contact during implementations, leading kick-off meetings, progress calls and troubleshooting with customers and third parties
• Support technical pre-sales by explaining integration capabilities, assessing solution fit and identifying implementation constraints
• Design integration approaches using established product capabilities and technical patterns, partnering with Product and Engineering on new development
• Investigate complex API, SSO and SFTP issues using Postman, JSON payloads, configuration data and logs, escalating confirmed defects with supporting evidence
• Identify recurring implementation needs and translate them into product roadmap opportunities
• Contribute to the practical application of AI and MCP across technical products
