The Role

We're seeking an outstanding DevOps Engineer to join our LATAM hub in Peru. You'll design, build, and maintain infrastructure and deployment systems for Fortune 1000 clients across diverse industries and technical stacks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
• Provision and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and configuration management with Ansible
• Containerize and orchestrate applications with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Automate operational tasks with Python, Bash, PowerShell, and YAML
• Build monitoring and observability with Prometheus and Grafana
• Operate and optimize workloads across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Partner with development teams to improve deployment, reliability, and security
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and document infrastructure

What You Bring

• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and comfort with YAML
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Monitoring and observability experience (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders and development teams
