The Role

We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Python and modern frontend experience to join our highly collaborative, internationally distributed team. You'll work across the full stack—building scalable applications and APIs, solving complex technical problems, and contributing to a collaborative development environment.

You'll partner with engineers, product managers, and technical stakeholders to develop location-based alerting and fleet management capabilities. This role involves both modern development and working within existing legacy codebases as we evolve toward a service-oriented architecture.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Python, Django, React, and Next.js
• Build and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Develop scalable data transformation and ETL workflows using Databricks or similar platforms
• Write efficient SQL and manage PostgreSQL database schemas
• Develop unit tests and contribute to integration and end-to-end testing
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across the full technology stack
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and business logic
• Participate in pair programming and collaborative development throughout the lifecycle
• Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions
• Guide and mentor junior developers
