Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop product managers and product strategists; conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and transparency
• Champion AI-augmented product development practices: from using AI tools for discovery and synthesis to embedding AI-assisted workflows into the product development lifecycle
• Support Livefront's growth team in new client pursuits through pitches, scoping, and subject-matter expertise
• Define and uphold standards for product strategy, project execution, and client experience across all engagements
• Partner with engineering and design to integrate AI capabilities thoughtfully into products and development processes
• Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning across the product practice
• Help Livefront mature and evolve product-related offerings, including product leadership consulting
