The Role

We're seeking an experienced Startup Operations Manager to become a crucial leader in our back-end operations and organizational infrastructure. As a distributed team operating across multiple regions worldwide, you'll play a key role in transforming our cross-functional operations into a highly efficient, scalable, and impactful force.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement operational processes and systems that support rapid team growth across different geographic regions
• Establish tools, workflows, and best practices that enhance collaboration and transparency in a distributed environment
• Support organizational scaling by creating documented processes and operational frameworks
