- Build and test message maps for new features with the sales team
- Manage customer reference programs to ensure sales has the right firms to call at the right time
- Develop competitive battlecards based on deal reviews and market intelligence

- Draft launch press releases, award submissions, and executive thought leadership content
- Translate customer insights back to the Product team to influence roadmap decisions
- Create internal launch announcements ensuring cross-team alignment

- Industry knowledge: Experience marketing to back-office buyers (finance, operations, accounting). Professional services or accounting experience is a strong plus
- Writing: Strong storytelling and writing skills across multiple formats; portfolio required
- Competitive intelligence: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain battlecards
- Presentation skills: Comfort presenting to sales teams and customers
- Modern tools: Daily use of AI tools in workflows; experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Canva
- Bonus: Startup experience
